Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 cups cooked rice
2 green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess grease if needed.
