Description

Beef and Rotini in Garlic Parmesan Sauce is a comforting, creamy pasta dish that combines juicy ground beef with tender rotini noodles, all tossed in a rich garlic Parmesan cream sauce. It’s a satisfying, one-pan meal that’s perfect for weeknight dinners or cozy weekends at home.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (85/15 recommended)

8 oz rotini pasta (uncooked)

2 tbsp unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup beef broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Fresh chopped parsley or chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rotini until just shy of al dente (7–8 minutes). Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (30–60 seconds).
  4. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese gradually until the sauce is smooth. Add Italian seasoning if desired. Adjust seasoning.
  6. Return beef and cooked pasta to the pan. Toss to coat and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Add pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan, cracked pepper, and chopped herbs.
