Description

Beef and Bowtie Pasta with Alfredo Sauce is a rich and satisfying comfort dish that combines tender bowtie pasta with flavorful ground beef, all coated in a creamy homemade Alfredo sauce. It’s a perfect weeknight dinner that’s easy to prepare yet indulgent enough to serve for special occasions.

Ingredients

12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)

1 lb ground beef

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

4 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: red pepper flakes or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add bowtie pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat and set beef aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth.
  5. Return the pasta and beef to the skillet. Gently toss to coat everything evenly in the sauce.
  6. Simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes until heated through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and optional seasonings.
