Ingredients
12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
1 lb ground beef
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
4 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Optional: red pepper flakes or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add bowtie pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat and set beef aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth.
- Return the pasta and beef to the skillet. Gently toss to coat everything evenly in the sauce.
- Simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and optional seasonings.
