Baby potatoes
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese
Ranch seasoning
Heavy cream or sour cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash, dry, and halve baby potatoes lengthwise.
- Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange on foil cut-side up and seal into a packet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until tender.
- While baking, heat cream, Parmesan, and ranch seasoning over low heat until smooth.
- Open foil, spoon sauce over potatoes.
- Optionally return to oven for 5 minutes to brown.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
