Creamy, herb-packed, and perfectly roasted, these foil-wrapped baby potatoes topped with Parmesan Ranch sauce are a standout dish for weeknights or gatherings. Easy to make and full of comfort, they come together quickly and leave a lasting impression.


Ingredients

Baby potatoes

Olive oil

Salt

Black pepper

Grated Parmesan cheese

Ranch seasoning

Heavy cream or sour cream

Fresh chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash, dry, and halve baby potatoes lengthwise.
  3. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange on foil cut-side up and seal into a packet.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until tender.
  6. While baking, heat cream, Parmesan, and ranch seasoning over low heat until smooth.
  7. Open foil, spoon sauce over potatoes.
  8. Optionally return to oven for 5 minutes to brown.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
