Ingredients

Wide Egg Noodles

Ground Beef

Onion

Garlic Powder

Cream of Mushroom Soup

Cream of Chicken Soup

Milk

Salt & Pepper

Shredded Cheddar Cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil egg noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soups, and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine cooked noodles with the beef and sauce mixture.
  6. Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese if desired.
  8. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
