Description

Air Fryer Stuffed Pickles are the perfect balance of crispy, creamy, and tangy. Filled with a savory cheese mixture and topped with golden breadcrumbs, these bite-sized delights are perfect for entertaining or snacking.


Ingredients

6 large dill pickles, halved and scooped

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/8 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 tbsp melted butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Slice and scoop out pickle halves, pat dry.
  2. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, and seasonings in a bowl.
  3. Fill each pickle half with the cheese mixture.
  4. Combine breadcrumbs and butter, sprinkle on top.
  5. Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  6. Let cool slightly, garnish, and serve.
