Ingredients
1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
4 medium gold potatoes, cubed
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. Cut steak and potatoes into uniform 1-inch cubes for even cooking.
2. Toss potatoes in olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
3. Toss steak bites in olive oil, salt, and pepper separately.
4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
5. Air fry potatoes for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
6. Melt butter in a small saucepan, stir in minced garlic, and simmer for 1 minute.
7. Add steak bites to the air fryer basket with the cooked potatoes.
8. Air fry steak for 5–6 minutes until medium doneness.
9. Drizzle garlic butter over steak and potatoes. Toss to coat evenly.
10. Garnish with fresh parsley and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
Use ribeye for a richer, more marbled flavor if desired.
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches for best results.
Melt the garlic butter separately to control flavor intensity and avoid burning.
