Description

Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, these air fried potato wedges are a healthier twist on a comfort classic. Seasoned simply with garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper, they cook up golden and perfect in the air fryer. Great for pairing with mains or snacking solo with your favorite dip.


Ingredients

Russet Potatoes

Olive Oil

Garlic Powder

Paprika

Salt

Black Pepper

Chopped Parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Scrub potatoes clean and slice into wedges.
  2. Toss wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
