Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 ½ tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 lime, juiced
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Tortillas, for serving

Instructions

2. Slice chicken, bell peppers, and onion into thin, uniform strips.
